TIE Sprayer is a manufacturer based in China that is committed to producing high-quality airless sprayers. We offer a wide range of spraying equipment, including electric airless sprayers, pneumatic sprayers, hydraulic paint sprayers, mortar sprayers, putty sprayers, road marking machines, and dispensing pumps. Our products address a full spectrum of spraying needs in construction, industrial coating, and road marking.
Our business models include developing brand distributors (agents) and providing OEM services.

Our Sprayer Business
In 2012, we started our manufacturing journey. From the very first day of production, we made it clear to all partners that we focus only on high-quality airless sprayers — and we have stayed on this path ever since.
We produce various spraying equipment to meet diverse needs in construction, industrial coating, and road marking. Our products are sold in over 40 countries and regions, including North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Australia.
Factory Development
Over the past 14 years, our total production area has grown from 500 m² to 6,000 m², with an annual production capacity of 60,000 units. In 2024, we moved to a new factory, significantly expanding our production area and production lines. We currently have three production workshops:
Machining workshop
Equipped with 56 professional machining units, of which 40% are Japanese CNC machines and 60% are from Taiwan, China. We also use high-quality tools and molds to ensure component precision and quality.
Assembly Workshop
Features 4 assembly lines with a monthly capacity of 4,500–5,000 airless sprayers.
Accessories Workshop
Produces spray guns, extension poles, nozzle holders, and other accessories to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality parts.
Quality Inspection area
Each machine must run under negative pressure for at least 30 minutes before being approved for warehousing.
Market Development
Before 2022, our products were sold only in the Chinese market, where we received positive feedback from customers. During this period, we provided OEM services to many Chinese trading companies, who exported our machines to over 40 countries, earning a solid reputation.
In 2022, we established our own foreign trade team and launched the TIE Sprayer brand, officially selling our sprayers to global markets. Today, TIE Sprayer has customers in over 40 countries and continues to receive consistent praise.

Now, our company has 60 employees. Among them, there are 40 production workers, 6 R＆D technical staff, 7 sales staff, and 7 administrative staff.

We have a team of professional engineers and skilled technicians who stay current with modern technologies, continuously designing, experimenting, and innovating.
Production TEAM
The average tenure of our production team exceeds 5 years, allowing them to manufacture higher-quality sprayers with greater skill and professionalism. Our Machining Workshop Manager has 35 years of CNC machining experience.
Sales Department
Our overseas sales team has 7 people, who has more than 10 years practical experience in international trade cooperation, providing professional services to our partners all over the world.
