  • Where is your factory located?
    Our Factory is located in the Taizhou district, Zhejiang Province, China.
  • Can you offer a price list?
    Our products have tiered pricing for different quantities, and the kinds of our products are many. We can prepare a specific price list for you based on the model and quantity you need.
  • What is your after-sales policy?
    We offer one year after-sales service. Non-quality issues and wearable parts are not covered by warranty.
  • How can I apply for a warranty?
    You can contact our sales man to apply for a warranty
  • Can you offer OEM＆ODM service?
    Yes. We can help you customize logo, color and outer shell shape.
  • Where is your nearest port？
    Ningbo Port.
  • Do you have a minimum order value?
    For testing orders, the minimum order value is 300 US dollars. For regular orders, the minimum order value is 1,000 UD dollars.
  • Can you cover the shipping cost?
    Yes. We can do different trade terms. FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.
  • How can I get a quotation?
    You could fill in the form on our contact page, and our salesman would respond to you.
  • What is your payment method for a tested order?
    We now use bank transfer. All payments should be received before shipping.
  • What is your payment method for batch orders?
    Orders above 30,000 US dollars should pay 30% when the order is placed. The left 70% should be paid before delivery. Order amount above 150,000 US dollars, payment can be made by LC(letter of credit).
  • Do you have CE certification?
    Yes. All of our products have the CE certification.
  • Do you offer volume discounts or tiered pricing?
    Yes. We offer tiered pricing.
  • What are your support hours?
    Our working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. At non working time, we will respond to you as soon as possible.
  • How long can I get a response after leaving a quotation request?
    We usually reply within 12 hours after we receive your quotation request.
  • What parts will your machine come with?
    Our machine usually come with high pressure hose, spray gun, spray tip, lubricating oil and tool kit. Except for mentioned above, our electric series also come with extension rod.
  • Can you change your standard configuration?
    Yes. You can add or reduce the configuration according to your own needs. The price will also change if the configuration changes.
  • What type of machines do you offer?
    We mainly manufacture fluid equipment including electric paint sprayer, hydraulic paint sprayer, mortar pump, road marking machine and pneumatic paint sprayer.
  • Can your parts match Graco’s machine?
    Yes. We offer spare parts that can match many of Graco’s machines.
  • Are you a factory or a middleman?
    We have been a factory manufacturing fluid equipment for 14 years.
  • What is the frequently used spare parts for machine?
    Repair kit, Pump assembly, Piston rod and Cylinder Liner.
